Not Going to Normansfield
Sadly, the Silver household has got Covid so no chance of seeing anyone at Normansfield on April 2nd & 3rd, as I won’t be able to be there. Which is a pity. I was looking forward to seeing how the new cups and saucers went down. (I’m in the process of getting some website suitable images made. Meanwhile, for the rough and ready versions you can see them on my Instagram site.)
April 2nd & 3rd at Normansfield Theatre
To celebrate recently joining London Potters, on April 2nd & 3rd between 11am – 5pm, I will be joining them for their sale at the Normansfiled Theatre – The Langdon Down Centre 2a Langdon Park, Teddington, TW11 9PS – so if you’re in the area please do come and see us. Even if you decide to keep your jangle in your pocket ( a bad decision in my view, but then I’m biased) it’s always good to meet people and talk pots. See you there?
From January through to March 2022 my work will have a semi-permanent home at Elephant Stores, 14 Ash Avenue, Elephant Park, SE17 1GQ. Just a couple of minutes walk from the Elephant and Castle tube station and run by the amazing SoLo Craft Fair team this looks like becoming a must-visit site for all those interested in finding new (and reasonably prised) crafts in South London.
No 3, Nightingale Place
Sadly the last market at No 3, Nightingale Place (Nightingale Lane, London SW4 9AH) was cancelled due to covid and bad weather. Nonetheless, it was a pleasure to do those markets. Also, I take my hat off to the management of No 3, Nightingale Place who took the risk and seemed to enjoy welcoming us makers into their community.
Handmade in Chelsea 2021
Very many thanks to all those who visited my stnd at handmade in Chelsea (12. 11. 2021 – 14. 11. 2021) in the Chelsea Old Town Hall, on London’s King’s Road). It was great to be amongst so many talented makers, especially those in the ‘Curated by Dan Goode’ section who were all new to me and were, talented, supportive and good to be with for three days..
Taking a Sabatical
I am currently taking a sabbatical from trading alongside my friends and fellow craftspeople at the Canopy Market in Kings Cross
